We ship worldwide. We offer customers Free USA and International Shipping with tracking. SHAPELISH is committed to bringing our products to everyone in the world. We work in conjunction with the most reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safely and on time.
Once your order is placed, it'll ship within the next day, M-F. If you ordered after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. Our order processing is automated, hence, once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales & limited edition releases. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-15 business days. Depending on your location, packages mostly reach their destination in 5-8 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here due to the specifications or requirements of the local government agency at the destination. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of your postal service provider. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your postal service provider to resolve any problems you might encounter.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the bottom of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. SHAPELISH is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
